By using the free MPC (Mobile Passport control) app, travelers can use a special/faster line at U.S. immigration. MPC allows eligible travelers to submit their travel document, photo, and customs declaration information through a free, secure app on their smartphone or other mobile device. This streamlines the entry process.
No interviews or pre-approval is required for use of the MPC.
Notes: Guests need to update the app prior to entering the USCBP area at Aruba's airport. Guests need to use "Aruba" as their "arriving airport" in the app (for departure), because they will be using USCBP in Aruba.
Eligibility: U.S. citizens and residents, residents of countries in the Visa Waiver Program (including The Netherlands), at Pre-Clearance airports.
