This exclusive event will feature a 5-course menu with wine pairing options.
Prior to the dinner seating, guests will enjoy a reception hour by the ocean featuring craft cocktails and hors d’oeuvres created by Chef Jamie Lynch in partnership with the resorts’ executive chef Frank Uphoff.
Inspired by Ginger’s Asian theme, Chef Jamie Lynch has designed a creative fusion menu, marrying his signature style with Aruban influences and an Asian twist. This delectable 5-course menu will showcase local ingredients along with traditional and innovative Asian cuisine techniques.
Flavors influenced by the sea
With our resorts prime location on Aruba’s stunning oceanfront, Chef Jamie designed his menu with flavors influenced by the sea. The main event will feature a seafood-focused menu with items such as Spanish Mackerel Crudo and Porcini-Crusted Yellowfin Tuna, highlighting local ingredients and innovative Asian cuisine inspired by the sea.
Please note, there will be no substitutions and the menu focuses exclusively on seafood appetizers and main dishes. If you have any seafood or shellfish allergies, we invite you to enjoy dinner at one of our other signature restaurants this evening.
This exclusive event will feature one dinner seating only beginning at 7:00p.m. on Friday, October 25th. This service will have limited space and reservations are required to attend.
Chef Jamie Lynch’s affinity for the restaurant business began when he was 16 years old, working his first job as a dishwasher at a local bar and grill in a Massachusetts fishing town. In 2012 Chef Jamie accomplished his dream of starting his own restaurant with the opening of Church and Union in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, NC. He is one of the founding members of the 5th Street Group and has restaurant concepts in Charlotte, Charleston, Nashville and more. He competed on Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef All Stars and has won numerous accolades for his culinary expertise.
