Red Parrot, one of our fan favorite restaurants located at Divi Aruba All Inclusive, has recently gone through a huge renovation and offers a brand new menu! Discover a savory selection of fine cuisine such as Grouper Provençale, Lobster Bisque, and savory Duck Confit along with sweet treats like Crème Brulee. Choose between dining indoors in our newly furnished and remodeled interior or the restaurants outdoor terrace and watch the sun set on the waves.
Our interior dinning space provides an upscale and elegant atmosphere with custom wallpaper, modern designer lighting and gorgeous red velvet chairs. Along the back wall of the restaurant you’ll spot a generous selection of fine wines available for purchase with your meal along with a large lush vertical garden. Large seamless windows allow for a full view of Aruba’s beautiful beach, so you’ll never miss a moment.
Red Parrot’s outdoor terrace seating offers unobstructed access to Aruba’s sights and sounds. Dine just steps away from Caribbean waves while listening to soothing live music. Enjoy a romantic view of the evening sunset as you sample our newest local and international inspired dishes.

For our starters and soups you’ll find such dishes as Salmon Salad, Lobster Bisque (both pictured above), Snails Vol-au-Vent and French Onion Soup.
As you make your way to our main courses you’ll be tempted by plenty of seafood, poultry and beef options. We recommend the eclectic and delicious Mixed Seafood and Coconut Breaded Shrimps (pictured above) and the succulent Duck Confit with red wine balsamic sauce.
Don’t forget dessert! Enjoy rich temptations like apple strudel with pistachio ice cream, crème brulee (pictured above) and brownie with vanilla ice cream.

Looking to make a reservation? Dinner reservations can be made directly with the concierge once you have checked in to the hotel. You can reserve up to two (2) days in advance once you have arrived on property.
