Here are some of the ways we participate in sustainability and environmental awareness.
Water use on our properties is systematically monitored at pools, guest rooms, kitchens, restaurants and dining areas, along with gray water for landscaping.
Energy conscious, we use timers on our electrical equipment, outdoor lighting for walkways, and air-conditioning units. Our resort shuttles are solar powered and we utilize energy saving air conditioning systems, light bulbs, refrigeration equipment in the
Divi & Tamarijn Aruba has eliminated the use of plastic straws and other paper and plastic goods throughout the properties to protect Aruba's marine life, wildlife, reptiles, beach and ocean. Bottle usage has been reduced 60% by our BiB (bag in box) systems.
Our team members participate in workshops and seminars conducted by the environmental committee, local government organizations and non-governmental environmental organizations.
