On August 30th, 2024, Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives welcomed in a brand-new addition to our dining scene. Located at Tamarijn Aruba, Club Margot offers a trendy new spot for dinners looking to experience a family-style curated set menu. With its location right on the beach you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset views while savoring a culinary journey of Mediterranean flavors enhanced with a Caribbean touch. Club Margot offers plenty of seating options, from casual lounge spots to formal dining seating and bar locations surrounding the live piano station.
Club Margot’s grand opening was a huge success and was celebrated with VIPs, live DJs, and a special mixologist guest. For two fun-packed days guests could join in on the festivities with an exclusive Craft Cocktail class with Natalie Migliarini and a night of live music from DJs Ales Diwave and Sebastian Morxx.
Natalie Migliarini is a talented cocktail enthusiast from New York City and coauthor of Beautiful Booze. Her passion for cocktails, education and empowerment, is portrayed in her journey with others through her drinkable moments around the world. She has a particular aptitude for discovering unique and inventive approaches to conceiving exceptional concoctions and occasions. You may recognize Natalie from Netflix’s hit show Drink Masters!
On August 29th, guests were able to attend The Perfect Craft Cocktail class lead by Natalie and learn tricks of the trade. Natalie crafted stunning drinks with exotic fruits and flavors. Guests had the chance to try out these new creations and learn how to make them at home.
On August 30th, Club Margot invited guests to try a brand-new curated menu designed by our new executive chef, Frank Uphoff. Chef Uphoff’s distinguished career includes experience in several Michelin-rated restaurants, representative of his background in fine dining. Chef Frank Uphoff and his team created an amazing assortment of flavors and experiences to share as a group. Future and current guests looking to book a reservation at Club Margot need only make a reservation through our app or concierge desk located in the lobby. The bar space is available without reservation.
